'You don't even know' is the brain child of Janet "Sparkie" Nance.  It came as result of people telling me that I need to tell my full story before I could get prayer.  I believe that God knows all about it and God hears you right where you are.  You can talk to him yourself and ask forgiveness of sins.  There is a blank page before you and the day is unwritten.
