Wherever you go, do not be discouraged!
We face the unknown daily. We wake up to a new day and things suddenly happen. Something cause us to call up the brave person inside of us. Holding strong to God's word and walking by faith. The things we see are so unreal at times. There are times when we must remind ourself that we are brave.
To be brave is showing no fear and having courage. Courage to face the things you can not change and change the things you can. Yesterday, I got blindsided by words. In life, we must guard our hearts and be careful of how we handle things.
Colossians 3:2 New International Version (NIV)
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
When we look through the natural eye, things can seem impossible. When we look through spiritual eyes, we can see hope. We will face things in life that just overwhelm us and we learn daily to trust God. Remember that God does not give the spirit of fear.
2 Timothy 1:7 King James Version (KJV)
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
John 10:10 New International Version (NIV)
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
Please notice that the thief (The devil) comes only to steal, kill and destroy. He doesn't want you to prosper and move forward in life. He continues to put little things in your path to try to make you doubt the power of God. I am writing today as a reminder that God comes that you may have life and have it to the full. The Bible holds hope, truth and life.
I remember hearing these words, "It's not the end of the world". I was going through a very hard time in life and someone said those words to me. It felt like the end of the world but I can honestly say that things change over time. It certainly wasn't the end of the world and God brought good out of an ugly experience. I often say to take day by day and my friend Lori says, moment by moment. It totally helps to take one thing at a time. Thinking too far ahead can overwhelm us and it becomes time to call the brave one inside of you.
Maybe today is a great day and no problems, my heart is happy with you, but don't forget to pray for others. Someone we know is going through hard stuff, sickness, a job or something we might not know nothing about. Prayers are need for each other and praise as well. Praising that God has given us a new day for a purpose. Go in peace and rejoice, because greater is he (God) who is in you, than he (enemy) who is in the world.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
