What about when time changes in our spiritual lives? You know that moment when you give your heart to God and you feel that excitement of the moment. It carries on into a new day and change begins in our lives. We can find ourselves not having the old attitude and grabbing onto what God says in a new day.
Romans 12:1-2 New International Version (NIV)
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
One moment of time can change our lives too. That moment of meeting Jesus as our redeemer and allow him freedom to mold us. I find myself so much different than I was in my 30's of life. It becomes time to let go of things we can't change and change the things we can. Pressing forward and making this a good day. I don't focus on the loss of an hour, but the gain of the light. I love the light, the sun and the warmth upon my face.
Philippians 3:14-15 New International Version (NIV)I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
15 All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.
Spending time with God changes you. As you seek him, you will find him. As you seek him, you will see yourself change to a more positive person. You have the ability to see things his way and not your own. Sometimes we just need to let go and let God. There is too much to gain in life, than to loose.
I value your time as well. Knowing that you one word of encouragement can go a long way. One sentence can change a view point. One scripture of hope brings us peace. Joining together in prayer with you, your family and friends matters to me. I don't need to know your circumstances or might not even know your name, but God does. Does hears the cry of your heart no matter what time it is. He has connected our lives for a bigger purpose. I thank those who forward my blog to others and to know that I truly care about you.
No matter what time it is, God's word remains the same. It doesn't change and opens our minds to understanding his plan. Jeremiah 29:11 A plan, A promise and A future. I hope you purpose this a good day and know that one hour will bring your more light. Don't forget to turn your clocks tonight March 11, 2017.
