Psalm 1 (NIV)
1 Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither--
whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked!
They are like chaff
that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.
THIS JOURNEY ~
Never doubt that the Lord watches over you.
Your very own decisions makes such a difference. I have wasted time thinking about things I could never change. I look back to wonder why I did that but thinking is what we do as humans. Lets us turn our thoughts to positive and get past the past. Let us learn to live in this day and share time with those we care about in life. The journey begins at birth and ends on a day known of us know. God's plan continues to unfold and we learn to mediate on him day plus night. God restores and helps us through the hardest things of life. God makes the path clear ahead of us and we have freedom to share in new beginnings.
Isaiah 45:2-3 New International Version (NIV)2 I will go before you
and will level the mountains;
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron.
3 I will give you hidden treasures,
riches stored in secret places,
so that you may know that I am the Lord,
the God of Israel, who summons you by name.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
