MOMENTS ~
Esther 4:14 New International Version (NIV)
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
Who really knows about certain moments in life. Only God knows the depth of our lives and moments that will change us into better people. Yet, let us not forget that we have choices of life. We can not blame God for things we knew to do different. After all, God gives us free will and that means we make choices ourselves. Times of taking responsibility for things we did wrong and living in the freedom of making better choices. I just keep thinking of how some of my own choices changed the direction of life. I see that had I not made some wrong choices, I would be who I am today. I don't think God wanted me to make wrong choices, but I do see that God has redirected my life as a result of those choices.
How about you? Do you wish you had not made some choices of life? I want to share to stop thinking about those choices and start living in a new day. We can't go back and change things, but we certainly can change today. Living in free will and not blaming God for our choices of life. God stays faithful and will take your moment to a higher level of victory. I can look back to see how God has blessed my life and how important my yes to God continues to be.
People in life will judge us and point fingers of mistakes of life. God will forgive and never remind of you those some choices. A life with God means forgiveness and victories. There was a point in my life when I asked God for real friends. Friends who would continue to stay with me and help me, but I could help them too.
PROVERBS 18:24 (NIV)
One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Jesus is a friend who sticks with you too. As I began to pray that God would help me see myself the way he did, I saw a new picture. I saw a loving God and I began to make new friends. I do have some amazing friends from years ago. I have known June since I was about 9 years old. She is a faithful friend who is there for me in any season of life. Don't get me wrong, I do have great friends from long ago, but some friends were not friends at all. I had a teacher once tell me that if your lucky, you will have one friend in life. Everyone else is a acquaintance, but I found her to be wrong. I have more than one real friend in life. God brings people into our path of life as we change for him. Jesus sent people out two by two and not alone.
Luke 10:1 English Standard Version (ESV)
Jesus Sends Out the Seventy-Two
After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them on ahead of him, two by two, into every town and place where he himself was about to go.
God connects us for a divine purpose. Be encouraged today and if you are waiting on a good friend, continue to pray! God will connect you with a great person and later you will feel like they have been in your life forever. It's never too late to pray for a divine connect of a friend, a mate and community of people. It's your choice to reach out of yourself and let God reach back in action.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends. Each of us goes through great times and harder times of life. God remains the same and I'm so happy about that in life. Purpose this a good day!
