He takes away our sins and renews our minds.
2 Corinthians 10:1-6 New International Version (NIV)
Paul’s Defense of His Ministry
By the humility and gentleness of Christ, I appeal to you—I, Paul, who am “timid” when face to face with you, but “bold” toward you when away! 2 I beg you that when I come I may not have to be as bold as I expect to be toward some people who think that we live by the standards of this world. 3 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 6 And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.
TELL ME ABOUT FREEDOM ~
Time to demolish strongholds with the power given by God
Isaiah 54:17 King James Version (KJV)
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU
Let us remember that the devil can only lie and wants to stop you from serving God. Each of us deal with different things in our minds and freedom is a choice. A new mindset that you can do whatever you put your mind too. Keep Romans 12:1-2 alive in you by renewing your mind.
Romans 12:1-2 King James Version (KJV)12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
FREEDOM ~It comes by living your life free with God. You have free will and that alone is freedom. You have daily choices and actions to be made. Doing the right thing in life is not always easy. Press toward your dreams of life while forgiving yourself if you had not reached them yet. Each new day brings new thoughts and new opportunities to live free.
Stories in the Bible like Paul, encourages us to press forward in verse 1-6. He realized how strongholds were real and he presented himself to God. Whatever you face today as a stronghold, let it go! Give it to God and allow him to mold your life is a new way. Easy to say and much hard to do at times of life. Things that hold you back, can keep you from divine purpose in life. Keep hope alive and thank you for taking time to read this today.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
