Matthew 11:28 New International Version (NIV)
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
1 Peter 5:7-10 New International Version (NIV)
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
GRACE OF GOD ~
You can remain strong in God and he can keep you steadfast
I like how God tells us to cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Each of us go through stressful times and we learn to leave things with God. It takes time to overcome somethings and it takes time to learn the balance of life. We can often think over think the past and there might be nothing we can do about it. Somethings just happen and we learn to deal with it. Dealing with stress can make you sick and weak. Knowing God is able, brings encouragement to your soul and strength too. Talking to someone can help too. In talking to someone, make sure it's a person you can trust. I always say this, never tell anything you don't want told because people can make a mistake to tell it. Taking things to God, is a complete trust between him and you. Although, we do need to say somethings with a human and hope we can trust them.
Is a gift from God
Never take a break from positive thinking! It is good to see how far God has brought your life. Each choice we make is part of our journey of life. A road can have a split and we must make a decision which way to go. Letting God lead the way, takes us down the right path of life. Even in making a wrong choice, God has purpose us a way of forgiveness and new life with him. He forgives sin and restores life in great ways. I can see how far God has brought my life today and I am so grateful for another chance in this day.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
