There have been times in life when I knew to be quiet. There are other times when I knew to speak up. My voice matters and I see that now! Never let your voice be silent in an important decision.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 New International Version (NIV)
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
SPEAK UP ~
I have people who ask me what love really is in life. People we think love us and then they go away. Missing a piece of our hearts and we are left to wonder. Divorce is real and happens to many. Friendships break up and life changes. We often look for love in all the wrong places. Just wanting someone to be there for us and hearing our hearts. I wrote today about love that the Bible speaks of in 1 Corinthians Chapter 13. It shows us the real meaning of love and yet the bible teaches us to Guard our hearts ~
Proverbs 4:23 New International Version (NIV)
23 Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it.
SPEAK UP ~
Things in our lives will fail but we must keep our heart right with God, he brings us through the hardest things in life. A new outlook on certain things really matters. I know women who are scared to speak up about things their own homes. They silent their voices and later wish they had said something. I actually have done that myself. We should never be afraid to speak up in life. After all, God has given us freedom for a reason.
Today, my prayers are with those who needs to speak up in sensitive situations and for no fear. Life is way to short to live life without a voice of confidence. Go and be who God has called you to be a strong confident person in God. My prayers also continued each of you who read my blog, your family and friends. A big thankful for taking a few minutes to share life with me.
