John 8:32-36 New International Version (NIV)
32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
33 They answered him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?” 34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
LIVING WITH FREEDOM ~
Just knowing God has forgiven our sins, opens a door to freedom.
If we could only realize how short life is. We don't know the ending point of time on earth for us and we don't know what is truly ahead in this new day. Our thoughts and actions can carry us to different responses in life. We must let our responses be one of God's truth and living in peace of that. Just knowing God is able to handle things, sure helps.
Ephesians 4:14-15 New International Version (NIV)
Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
Proverbs 3:5-6 New International Version (NIV)5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight
Things happen to each of us that we don't always understand the why of in life. Yet, I can lean to God with all our heart and know that God is there for me. I hope you know that God's plan for your life is taking place too. Sometimes we must let go of something to prosper in his plan. Other times, we must hold on and let God work it all out. My prayers are with each you, your family and friends. Purpose this a good day!
