1 Chronicles 16:23-31 New International Version (NIV)
23 Sing to the Lord, all the earth;
proclaim his salvation day after day.
24 Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous deeds among all peoples.
25 For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
he is to be feared above all gods.
26 For all the gods of the nations are idols,
but the Lord made the heavens.
27 Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and joy are in his dwelling place.
28 Ascribe to the Lord, all you families of nations,
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
29 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
bring an offering and come before him.
Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.
30 Tremble before him, all the earth!
The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
31 Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;
let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns!”
God who created this big world, can keep us in our new day. Giving honor and glory to him in all things. There was a time when I suddenly felt fear grip my heart. Wondering if one of my loved one's who going to live. I felt a gentle tug on my heart reminding me that God has this. I had to keep telling myself that God had this. I had to put on praise music and read scriptures. I had to reach out to others who cared and would pray. I found tears when I didn't have words to speak to God. I knew I had saw miracles and I trusted the Lord. Sometimes we are just human and forget to praise during a storm. Never let fear overtake faith that God gives us. There is true power in the name of Jesus and we can stand on his word. I choose to believe in miracles and I see them in lives.
Take a few minutes and recall some great moments in your life. Moments that you might not have thought would ever come. That day you hear great news, but what happens when we hear those negative words. That's when you must stir up some faith. I am currently praying miracles for a few family members. I would hope that you will join me in this. I also pray daily for you, your family and friends. I know that one report negative can put fear into one's heart. It can also stir up faith and holding on for something that seems impossible.
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
God gives peace right in the middle of a storm. God gives courage to face some days that appear harder than others. If we could only see the little miracles of a day. I thank God daily that I am alive, well and able to do the things I need to do. I have focused too long on things I can't change and I asked God to change me. I asked God to help me see things different and put positive people in my life. God has done that for me. I love that he gives me words to write you daily and you take the time to read this blog.
Let us face this new day with hope and faith. Remember who created you is able to keep you. God can turn any situation around and you can feel his amazing peace in it. Purpose this a good day. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
