Lives that are in plenty and lives that are in want. As we live in the year 2015, things have changed so much since I was a kid in the 1960's. Parents before the year 1960 lived through harder times of life. My grandparents and parents lived in the great depression with lack of jobs, income and even world war 2. I remember my mom saying there wasn't much food as a kid and she came from a large family. My dad spoke of war and things he saw. They spoke of just trying to have enough food for the day. Walking to school in the cold and never finishing high school because they needed to work.
I have grown through hard times as a child and even as an adult. I never had to go through the things my grandparents or parents did, but I have experienced lack of money and food. My husband had an accident in 1985 and our normal would change. He fell almost 40 feet and live to talk about it. He had a forth of his knee cap taken out and now tomorrow, he will have a full knee replacement. As I look back, I can honestly look forward. I can see how God has created me to write my story and share hope with you. Sometimes in life things will be hard, but the greater outweighs the hard when we focus on Jesus. It is often much easier said than done.
Bible ~ Esther 4:14
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?"
ROYAL POSITION ~ you were created for purpose!
I believe the people in the Bible paved to way to show us there lives of miracles and even defeat. How their choices made a difference and there is a blood line in Jesus. Which makes me realize that my choice matters. My grandparents and parents did their best I'm sure to make life move forward and now it's my turn and your turn. You are important and never forget that!
Time to step into our royal position for such a time as this! I know that Bible was speaking of Esther, but I am talking about you. The past and the things you have gone through, can make and mold you into a better person. Looking back but still looking forward in life. God has greater things for you and for me. Keeping a positive attitude and claiming what is ours. God has created each of us and we are his masterpiece according to God.
Promises and divine connections are made by God. His plan was never to harm you but to prosper you. Our own free will can get us into trouble, hardships and even tears of sorrows. We have an open door to change those thoughts into powerful ones. Freedom of negative thinking and positive ones to move us into a destiny of life. A plan played out before us and joy unspeakable.
You might not feel like you deserve greater things or your position is not royal at all. It's only a feeling and you are important. Important even to have a royal position with God and he wants to use your life. I have final realized the depth of my life. The importance of being willing to say YES to God and allow him freedom to use my fingers. Words that come into my head and flow out through my finger tips as I write you. I care about you and value your time. I try to keep my post less than 3 minutes to read daily but written from the middle of my heart.
My granddaughter Brookley, loves to be called a princess. She loves to dress up and wear the crown proudly. I mention one day that I was a princess and she quickly said, "no, I am the princess and you are the queen". Still making me part of a royal family. It is how we view ourselves that matter. As I grow older, I see the importance of one day as well. My influence on my kids and grandkids is very important. My influence on you the reader and even myself, is very important. Living a life determined to make a difference and shining for Jesus daily.
We might not have all we want in life, but we certainly have hope and choices that change our lives. A big change for me is the road I travel of thoughts. Let the drive is peaceful and see the beauty that awaits you as you travel even a short distance.
THIS IS THE MOMENT ~ I was created for you!
I love writing my blog, praying for those who read it and pressing forward.
