Life changes when you learn to put your trust in God.  Allow peace to flow daily and it changes you.  In that change, it changes your respond to situations too.  The Bible speaks of guarding your heart and your mind in Christ. It also speaks of being a peace maker.

Matthew 5:1-12  New International Version (NIV)
Introduction to the Sermon on the Mount

Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.
The Beatitudes
He said:
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart,
    for they will see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

PEACEMAKER ~
When you become a peacemaker, you will be called a child of God.

I remember being a kid in the 1960's and hearing about a peace sign.  It was a symbol for anti-war but I thought it was just wanting peace in life.  Just a kid and took on the thought of having peace in everyday life felt right.  I saw people on TV holding up peace signs and dressing a little different than I had ever saw. A movement was happening and I didn't understand it all.  I only knew that someday I liked the thought of peace.

The year is 2019 and much has changed since 1960's.  Very positive changes and growing from my own experiences of life.  Growing into a person who wants to carry the character of Jesus and show his love through my life.  There is no real motivate of what I do but a true surrender to God's plan.  I don't have all the answers or even do all things right.  I do my best daily and that's all I can do.  I read the Bible and I plant scriptures of hope for a new day.  Life has changed me, but God has changed me even more. I have learned to let go of somethings of life and know that people are human too.

My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
