Proverbs 3:5-6 New International Version (NIV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight
ONE YES TO GOD ~
Takes away all your sins and opens a new beginning.
Psalm 37:4-6 King James Version (KJV)
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
ONE YES TO GOD ~
Will give your the desires of your heart because you will want his ways in your life. Throughout life, it changes from one thing to another thing. God remains the same and his words become alive within your soul. Your mindset will be different and you will see yourself the way he does: FORGIVEN.
Our example of Jesus moves others to see us different. Nobody is above another in life when it comes to God. He has a plan big for each of us. Jeremiah 29:11 holds true with a plan, a promise and a future. Turning our past into new beginnings. Each day is an opportunity to get better and live in freedom of mind. Our choices direct our path and each one is valuable. Will I allow God to mold me each day? Will I grow closer to God today and open my heart to him? Will I allow him to restore my soul from past mistakes, pains or decisions of my own? All answers became a yes to me and hopefully to you. Somethings will never change and we must press forward.
I have taken so much of my time to help others who just drop me. They forget I'm here and move on with their anger of life. When all I tried to do was help them see what God's plan is for their lives. We must forgive others and move on. My mom was a good example of not moving on. After my dad died in 1973 she became bitter inside. Then my brother died in 1987 and died on Christmas Day. She became worse. She lived in brokenness most of her life. She never could see that I was here and I needed her too. She missed out on her grandkids and great grandkids. She never turned to a yes to God until the end of life. She asked forgiveness to God and to me. It was the night before she died. I'll never forget leaving that place and wishing we had more time together. Forgiveness moves hearts and the want to help someone becomes even stronger.
I hope you don't miss out on life because your answer is a NO. Today is the day to say YES to God to press forward. Allow him to use your life to help others. We all live in a world of brokenness and there is someone who needs encouragement this day. This day that the Lord has made and let us rejoice through the things he has done for us already. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends. Go ahead, purpose this a good day!
