Psalm 91:4 New International Version (NIV)
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
MY SHADOW ~
I turn my head ever so slightly and see the reflection against the wall. I begin to feel confident and bold about things in my life. I cast away negative thoughts and bring on positive ones. I am confident of this one thing ~ Philippians 1:6 New International Version (NIV)
Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Joshua 1:9 New International Version (NIV)
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
CONFIDENCE ~ BOLDNESS ~
Psalm 27:1 New International Version (NIV)
The Lord is my light and my salvation--
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life--
of whom shall I be afraid?
SHADOW ~ I KNOW WHO I AM
In Christ, all things become new. It's time to realize the lion inside of you. No more holding back, no more lack of confidence or lack of faith. Standing still and knowing God is God and you are you, but joined together. Only God can change you from the inside out. Yet, your shadow stands taller than ever and the way of life becomes a lifestyle of seeing yourself stronger than ever. It sounds simple and can be. Don't let the enemy of your soul stop you from God given moments. The devil tries to steal your job and he can't do it unless you let him.
Remember ~ there is power in the name of Jesus. A new day brings on promises of God, a free will to choose and amazing joy can overpower you. I might not like somethings of like, but I choose joy over it all. Tears of blessings and tears of sorrow, but together the joy of the Lord is my strength! Even when you feel you don't have a choice, you do.
I feel to pray for you now:
God, I thank you for connecting my life to this blog. I value the time of others and I care. I pray right now for those seeking you, those needing you more than ever, those who feel you stronger that ever and my family. Sometimes things look impossible and we can get tired in well doing. I ask today for our strength, power, wisdom, courage and all good things to enter the lives of who reads this. I ask that our prayers for our family and friends be answered too. Only you (God) know what each life is going through and I ask your presence be felt as the person reads this today. I know that you (God) have a way of working all things out. Help each of us to stand still and know that you are God. Help us rest int he shadow of you and believe big. Thanking you now for a new day! AMEN
Psalm 91New International Version (NIV)1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
God has a greater plan ahead and my prayers continue for you, your family and friends. You are stronger than you think! We have a choice to be so close to God, we rest in the shadow of God.
