BEAUTIFUL ~ Is the view I see. I know the struggle and the hard times of life. I know the peace of God that replaced fear and not understanding the depth of life. I've learn to press forward and continue to climb the mountain that is before me. Each day can bring something new, but God remains the same. It is best to keep your eyes looking up and the hope of a new day is here.

Isaiah 40:1-5 New International Version
Comfort for God’s People
1 Comfort, comfort my people,
says your God.
2 Speak tenderly to Jerusalem,
and proclaim to her
that her hard service has been completed,
that her sin has been paid for,
that she has received from the Lord’s hand
double for all her sins.
3 A voice of one calling:
“In the wilderness prepare
the way for the Lord;
make straight in the desert
a highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be raised up,
every mountain and hill made low;
the rough ground shall become level,
the rugged places a plain.
5 And the glory of the Lord will be revealed,
and all people will see it together.
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
The Bible says that every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level and rugged places a plain. Words that compare to many things in our lives. For example, we just finished replacing our grass with rocks. The water where I lived is limited and our city was offering a cash for grass program. So we applied and received money for rocks. We just had to make it all happen. So in shoving rocks, my hands got some blisters and my back hurt. It took a few days for us to do this work and not an option to stop. So pressing through to the finish line to see a beautiful yard and saving much water.
I can also use this example is our spiritual lives. So many times the devil tries to stop us in the middle of a journey. He throws thoughts and situations our way, but it's not an option to stop. If we are not careful we will settle in life for something we really didn't want, but oh well. That's not a way to think at all and who really knows the outcome of an unhappy life. Putting back on the thoughts of God and pressing forward in the path he has created for your life is important.

That is what you will say when you have crossed that finish line of what you are facing. Wow, I didn't think I could do it, but look at me now. I have a friend Jenny who trains for marathons. She speaks of the importance of daily walking, jogging and getting in shape. She couldn't do that without training. My daughter Tracy, trains to ride long distance bike riding. She trained and went 14 miles and there is no way she should do that without training. So maybe your training is not physical today, but spiritual.
Remind yourself that no weapon formed against you shall prosper!
We are in training in our physical bodies, and spiritual. This journey is life's not over, but just the beginning today. As I look outside, I see the sun out, calm in the air, birds sining and an expected warm day here. In my soul, I feel a peace of God and I know that things might be hard at times, but I've pressing forward. I believe bigger than this for me in life and I will not settle for the enemy to run thoughts in my head, because God has given me the power to overcome them. I started counting blessings and living in a new day. It's great to plan things, so plan on keeping a great thought pattern and purpose this a great day!
REMINDER ~ you will never know if you can accomplish something without trying, so try!
My prayers continue for the readers of my blog, your family and friends.
