Ephesians 1:3-14 New International Version (NIV)
Praise for Spiritual Blessings in Christ
3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will-- 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.
Is given by God to each of us.
Life is full of sprinkles of blessings over us and through us. I thought of it like a donut. The circle that is not broken and sprinkles that bright up the donut. The view of it is brighter and some people just enjoy sprinkles more than others. One of my granddaughters loves sprinkles and another one says no sprinkles. Each of us are different and that's a good thing. Think of it, a donut shop has many different types of donuts, topics and we each have our favorite. Although, I do know people who don't like a donut at all. I am not sure how I go on this donut message, but lets go back the sprinkles of blessings.
God is good all the time and all the time, God is good.
Take a few minutes to stop and think about your life. How are you helping others during this shelter in place time of life? Are you texting, Facebook, calling, praying and holding on for the day we can all go somewhere again? I certainly am praying daily and asking God to place people on my heart so I can message them. He has done that and continues to pop people into my mind. We need humans in our life and we were never meant to be alone. We can make the best of a hard situation.
Lamentations 3:22-23 English Standard Version (ESV)22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
23 they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends. Purpose this a good day and take care of you.
