I have watched my granddaughters cross monkey bars and be so excited then they completed the mission. Little kids will get sores on their hands just to cross the bars. The joy on their faces when they finished and they do it again. I've also watched other kids try and just say it's too hard. It takes determination and a willingness to keep trying. One bar at a time and before you know it, you did it! Life can be like this. one day at time and before you know it, you are living in the joy of Lord.
Our choices not only affect you, but others. I have heard stories of life from many people. We walk different paths and have desires that are not the same. Some wants a new house or just a house. Some want a new car or just a car. Different places of life and before you know it, the day is done and a new day is here.
Proverbs 4:25-27 New International Version (NIV)25 Let your eyes look straight ahead;
fix your gaze directly before you.
26 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet
and be steadfast in all your ways.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left;
keep your foot from evil.
LET IT BE ~
Be steadfast in all your ways
I know that God is able to handle what we face. I've learned to let go of things I can not change and certainly change the things I can. I believe I am an overcomer of hard things of life. As a kid, we got our house broken into and 3 young men where inside when my mom and I came home. It was scary and plays over in my minds like today. We got our car stolen in front of our house and my bedroom window was right there. I never heard a thing and I was a teenager. We had to sale our house and move into a rental home that got sold. My mom cried for days over that. My dad died when I was 18 inside our home of a sudden heart attach. That's enough for now, but you can see, somethings we just go through and need to come out a stronger person.
Isaiah 26:3-4 New International Version (NIV)
3 You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you.
4 Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.
I am not saying I understand everything, but I do understand to trust the Lord with all my heart. There will be times of tears and joys. Times of wonder and times of peace. A time for all things the Bible says and I have my own free will what I think upon. I know that I am a stronger person as a result of prayer and pressing forward. I hope you can see where God has brought you from and where you are today. Be encouraged and spur someone on today through God's word. Even the strongest person you know needs prayer and an encouraging word is valuable to them. Purpose this a good day!
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
