Throughout my life, I've had ups and downs. The wonder of somethings and the heartbreak of others. Yet, the joy of the Lord and knowing that he is my strength. Each of us have sinned and God's grace is available for us.
Ephesians 3:17-19 New International Version (NIV)
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
FULLNESS OF GOD ~
Daily walk in doing what is right. Protecting your heart and this journey of life continues. Even in doing right, there are can be pain in it. I hold tight to this scripture: Proverbs 4:23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
The fullness of God is a daily journey. Inside the Bible is laid out the scriptures of lives that travels paths we have not traveled. Giving us a roadmap to Heaven and things to make our lives better. I once again would like to speak of merit and grace. I believe some people do things clearly for others to see and some people do things because they have experienced the grace of God. We need to see where God has brought our lives from and walk in the new light set before us. Just like a brand new door to walk through and grace is there.
Through the love of God, I am able to show love to others. Some people have hurt me deeply and it took time to believe again. It took the holy spirit to rise up in my heart and to know who I am in God. Through grace God restores and lifts up. It is not what people say about you, but what God says that matters. He has called you and he changes things with your obedience to say yes.
A life time of a walk of faith and trust beyond limits. Yes, God has connected our lives for a purpose. I don't think I know everything there is to know but I do know the love of God. I have experienced it in good time and hard times of life. He is solid and always there. It was I who left him and it was I who needed to surrender my hurt, pain, disappointments and even anger with others. A new beginning started when I say yes again to God. It was during my time of being a Christian that I was hurt and I turned from church people. Not realizing that church people are just people who were forgiven also. There critical words destroyed but God had a plan. A plan to raise me up again and go back to my first love in God.
I feel that somebody reading this today knows someone who has been hurt in church. It isn't the church that does the church, but the individuals within that building who didn't guard their words. God didn't created us to go to church, get hurt and stop. He created us to overcome and get into the plan he has for our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 a plan, a promise and a future! It's time to surround yourself with a love that God gives and give it back to others. Letting go of what we can not change and changing the things we can.
LOVE ~ UNCONDITIONALLY
God loves us through it all, but guard your heart my friends. People are people and words just happen to flow out before some people think. Think before you speak and love as God loves. After all, we are to be an example of him in all we do. I learn daily and see how I could have done something different.
