IN BETWEEN TIME ~

In that moment of what to say or how to act, we find ourselves in between words and actions.  The Bible teaches us to walk in wisdom of life.  There certainly things to say and not to say.  I know someone moving away and it was my last time seeing this person before she moves.  I said we could keep in contact over Facebook and the reply was this, "I'm going to be too busy".  I wasn't sure the words to say next or how to handle my own feelings of this person not wanting to stay in contact.  I have learned over time, each of us have free will and choices.  That's her choice and wisdom said ok.  It was those in-between words that could have been said wrong because of my own disappointment.

Colossians 4:5-6 New King James Version (NKJV)
Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. 6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

WALK IN WISDOM ~
Seasoned with salt

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 New International Version (NIV)
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2     a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3     a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4     a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5     a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6     a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7     a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8     a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

IN BETWEEN THE TIME ~
WAIT........the first words and the last words holds in-between words.  Words of waiting, wanting, trusting, and so much more.  What are you waiting on today?  In-between the planting of a seed, we must wait for the seed to turn to it's purpose of growth. I remember my husband planting flowers in front of our house.  I wondered how long it would take for the flowers to come up and found myself a little troubled over the length of time.  I had to wait and when they did come up, they were beautiful.

Suddenly things change in our lives and we are to deal with new normals.  Those new normals might need wisdom to make decisions, words to carry you across a bridge of change and peace to rest in the middle of your heart.  Nobody understands the complete you but God.  After all, he created each of us for a greater plan and purpose.  I want to leave you today with guarding your heart and knowing some words said that never be taken back. Change happens to each us and stay on the right path of thoughts.

My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
