THIS IS WHAT I WANT YOU TO KNOW
GOD IS IN CONTROL
Proverbs 3:5-6 New International Version (NIV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight
Over the past few days, I've been thinking a lot about writing my blog. I met a lady at Starbucks who shared her feelings about my blog. I didn't even know this person read my blog. The light shines through the words on this daily page of writing and I felt encouraged to keep going. I don't think I know it all, but I can share some experiences I had and scriptures of hope.
A new brings unexpected things and we lean not to our own understanding. I met a friend yesterday (Heather) who encouraged me to write and wanted to share time. I realized that we don't alway see ourselves the way others do and I'm glad Heather shared with me. Now I want to share somethings with you.
IF TODAY WAS MY LAST POST ~
I want you to know how important you are in life. God created you for purpose and what you do in this life does matter. Time moves quickly by us and one day we just turn around and have another birthday day. The bible speaks of our days being numbered.
Job 14:5 New Life Version (NLV)
A man’s days are numbered. You know the number of his months. He cannot live longer than the time You have set.
SET YOUR TIME TO PURPOSE ~
Ephesians 5:15-17 New International Version (NIV)
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.

I would want you to know that you have a daily choice to believe or doubt. A choice to live in freedom of mind or keep going around the same negative mountain of life. A choice to give Jesus your heart and to change what you can in life. You are important and you example is important. Keep doing what is right in life and lean to God for daily help.
Life is so short and time does move quickly. I seriously remember being a kid and just wanted to be 16 years old. Then it went to 18 and I would graduated school. So much happened to me within a few weeks. I graduated school and my dad died within weeks. I only wanted life to change back the way it was and that wasn't going to happen. Tears of sorrow, life changing experiences and my young life some how felt old.
It's important to tell those you love, that you love them. It's important to make a phone call and spend time with them. One day you look around and someone you love is gone. Saturday mornings often remind me of my dad. It was then that life would change for my family and friends. I am who I am today because of all my life experiences. I value your time, your support to write and knowing that God gave us this day to live in him. Live in freedom of mind and purpose this a great day.
I do realize that some of you are going through hard times and some of you are going through great times. In all times of life, God never leaves us. In my younger years, I felt like God left, but now I realize he doesn't leave. It was me that left my thoughts from him and he drew me back by words of others and my own choices. As we enter this new day, my prayers are with you, your family and friends. I care and I hope you feel that because you are not alone in prayers.
