David and Jonathan's Friendship
As soon as he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. 2 And Saul took him that day and would not let him return to his father's house.
3 Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. 4 And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt. 5 And David went out and was successful wherever Saul sent him, so that Saul set him over the men of war. And this was good in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul's servants.
I NEED A FRIEND ~
To be knitted together by God is priceless
I know that raising my hands to God brings surrender with a thankful heart and a love beyond measure. I believe big in God and I don't always understand the complete plan, but I do trust him. That leads me down roads of the unknown and yet a peace that only God can bring. I also know that God has created me for something more than I know. I love writing and sharing stories of life. I love helping others and praying without limits. If I focused on the negative, I would be lost. I choose to focus on the positive and give God thanks for all things in life. Each season of life holds its own beauty.

If you don't feel connected today to a real friend or someone who knows you well, pray for that person in your life. Pray for real friendships given by God and allow him to move people out of your life and into your life. TRUST without limits in God! In the past, I have cried of friendships lost and as I grew older, I realize they were not real friendships. God has given me people who stand faithful beside me and I know that came through much prayer. I also had to let go of what I could not change and change the things I could. It was my choice and it becomes your choices.
I love reading about a real friendships like David and Jonathan. God knitted them together and God does not want us to walk this life alone. He created friends and family for a reason. There are no perfect friends or perfect families. We learn and grow as time goes by and our choices truly make a difference.
Purpose this a good day and know that I care about the readers of my blog. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends!
