As we seek God, our lives changes from within. Something happens inside our heart and our attitude begins to change. I look at this big lion in the pictures and the little cub beside him to see an example. I can only imagine the big lion telling the little cub that someday you will be big like me and able to conquer things easier. Along the way of life, we can look up to someone and see the courage that someone else has in their lives. Are you becoming that example to someone?
I find that a small child needs guidance and patience from us along the way of growing up. A child doesn't know the things you do daily or even been through many things of your life. One day at a time brings a newness to us and a refreshing attitude can happen. Tell yourself that you can do all things through Christ. His example remains true and each of our lives can count blessings. Be strong and courageous.
Joshua 1:6-9 New International Version (NIV)
Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.
7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips;meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Once again ~
Our lives are certainly an example to someone!
Be strong and very courageous in life. The Bible continues to guide us by lives gone before us. Just like the big lion in the picture above and the small cub. Look around you today and see someone who has been an example or continues to be an example in your life. Many people input into our thoughts, lives and shows us they care. There are times we feel alone and we are never along. God is faithful to guide us and deliver us from wrong. We must be careful in our example to others. Even the strongest person you know needs prayer. God continues to say SEEK ME and you will FIND ME! Serving God is a daily choice and a daily thought pattern of doing what is right in life.
Facing the giants in our lives can happen. Speaking words that are right and truth to our brains. I can do this and I will do this. I have God on my side and the devil can only lie. I choose to believe the truth and know that God can help me do all things through Christ. I will not give up and I am determined to make it. Be determined to follow your dream and step out in faith. Maybe I haven't seen the answer I am searching for yet, but I won't give up. It's not an option to stop, quit or give up on yourself. These are things you should say to yourself daily. I am stronger than I think and I am an overcomer of all things.
Positive words can change a negative mind ~ Sparkie
My example matters. My granddaughter (Brookley) picked this picture for my blog today. I love that she cares and wants to help me. She ask me why do you write Grammie each day? I answer by saying I want to share a little hope daily with others and words from the Bible.
Just a little reminder helps us each day of God's power. It's nice to be reminded that you are important and your life is watched by someone you know. Now that our lives have Facebook, many people watch your life and you might not realize that. Your negative comments go a distance and positive ones too. We are to be careful in our words, actions and time. Balance out time with God and daily learning from his word (Bible). You are important and your light can shine brighter than you realize.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
