Talk a way with me through the writings of this blog today.
Have you ever wonder about life and the purpose behind? Those thoughts of wanting more in life and working so hard to get it? Looking around you and wishing you had things often people did? You know the house, the car, the kids, the dog, the vacations, the joy in their lives and the peace? Wow we are human and have desires. I have learned over life to live in today. The moment that stands before me and my example that makes a difference.
Psalm 37:4 New International Version (NIV)
Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
God wants us to live our live in peace. He also gives us wisdom and opportunities to better our lives. God says to take delight in him. I know that some desires of my heart takes action. Action to pray and believing that God is bigger than the situation I face. Bigger than my own thoughts and knowing that I must rest in this promises. If I look through eyes of faith, I stir up hope. I can't just sit back and wait on somethings, I must move into a new day believing big. I have many people contact me for prayer and advice. I always tell them that I don't never tell anyone what to do, but listen than share what I think I would do. You must make your own decisions and actions of life.
I AM HERE ~ FOR PURPOSE
Psalm 139:13-16 New International Version (NIV)13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
The job you do in life has opens doors. Doors to talk to others and share hope with them. Hope of a better today and knowing that God created each of us. Since I have helped in my granddaughters school, I have the privilege of getting to know some teachers. Leaders of little lives but also example to adults. I have heard some very positive words of how they encourage kids daily and saying good job to them. Words that so nice to hear, "good job".
God has called us to be obedience and examples of him. Learning to balance thoughts, actions, money. and all the things of life. There is a parable in the Bible I want to share with you now.
Matthew 25:14-20 (NIV)
The Parable of the Bags of Gold
“Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. 15 To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. 17 So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. 18 But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.
19 “After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. 20 The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’
21 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
22 “The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’
23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
24 “Then the man who had received one bag of gold came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. 25 So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’
26 “His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? 27 Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.
28 “‘So take the bag of gold from him and give it to the one who has ten bags.29 For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. 30 And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
