13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
HE KNOWS YOUR NAME ~
Isn't it great that God knew you inside your mother.
I like how God created the Heavens and the Earth. The story goes on to making Adam and Eve. God knew that it wasn't good for a person to be alone and connected lives. Giving free will and the one thing Adam and Eve were told not to do, Eve did it. She took the fruit and sin came to not only Adam and Eve, but each of us. Yet, a loving God and gave us another chance to overcome sin to begin again. I am a firm believer in new beginnings of life. Each day we wake up, we have another chance to make a difference in our lives and others lives.
Hebrews 10:24-25 New International Version (NIV)
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
HE KNOWS YOUR NAME ~
Last night in our growth group from Church, we talked about a message we heard on Sunday morning. The question was asked, "How will you finish the race, in the spirit or in the flesh". A big question and often people jump and say with God of course. Yet, the devil is slick and puts a wedge between God and people. We can get hurt in Church and never go back. We can get mad at someone and find that to be an excuse not to go back to Church. We can let 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years fly by and make all the excuses in the world not to attend Church. I am writing today because last night something stuck in my head. It's the plan of the devil to stop you. It's the plan of God to advance you in thoughts and actions. It's your plan to not go to church. As long you keep replaying the hurts of yesterdays, you will stay in the same stop of life!
God is a God of new beginnings daily! He wants the best and freedom of mind for you. Read this: Romans 12:1-2 New International Version (NIV)
A Living Sacrifice
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
I understand people not wanting to go back to Church, but I understand the importance of going back for sure. I have gotten hurt before and the pain is hard to deal with. The mind tries to figure things out and the heart is broken. My prayers continue for those who have been hurt and your hearts. I'm asking you to try again and doing my best to spur you on in God. I thank God for those who prayed for me behind the scenes of my life. I am here for you, your loved ones and I got your back in prayer this morning over your needs and even wants. God can help you through anything you are facing and is always there for you. Purpose this a good and count blessings.
