“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
God's word shows us the past, but also promises a future. Jeremiah 29:11 A plan, A promise and A future. We must remember that each of our choices is from our own free will. I have heard God get blamed for many things in life and it was never God who did it. It was totally the free will of a person and the anger that raised from it. If we could just take responsibility for our own choices and then ask God forgiveness of things we have done wrong. Each of us have sin and need to go to God for a new beginning. Even after you have excepted Jesus into your heart, you will also make mistakes and need to go back to him. The why of that is because we are human, but we can learn from that and never do it again.
FAITHFUL ~ God is faithful to guide us
Have you ever had a friendship in life and that person who knows your thoughts at times? I have and it's shows me if that person knows my facial expressions or knows me well, that God knows me even better. God knows the desires of our hearts, our needs and wants. Just like you know things that are good for you and things that are not good for you. It becomes all about choices and allowing God to guide your life through faithfulness to him. Faithfulness can be seen in many different ways. Each day is a new day and choices of life.
I like to volunteer in my granddaughters classrooms. It brings joy to my heart, but it also helps the teacher. It shows the children that grandparents can get involved and maybe a few of them don't have grandparents. Not all grandparents are alike but my example can last a lifetime. When I was a child, I watched parents and grandparents drop kids off at school. I was a child who walked to school alone and home alone at times. I wanted to grow up and be a good mom. Not only did I become a good mom, but I'm a good grandmom too. It is my choices that make a difference.
I rearlize that not everyone can volunteer inside a classroom but everyone can make a difference in someone's life. Even in a grocery store, your example makes a different along the way of shopping. I see people who are happy, but there are sad people too. If I go in complaining about life and talking on my cell phone, people can hear me. If I go in with a good attitude people can see that too. Be faithful to Jesus is showing his example everyday of life. Sometimes the only Jesus someone might see is you. Some people get hurt in church and vow to never go back.
FAITHFUL ~ To bandage our wounds
Psalm 147:3 New Living Translation (NLT)3 He heals the brokenhearted
and bandages their wounds.
It became real to me that I was not the only person who got hurt in church. A broken heart, harsh words and said I would never go back. But here I am saying that it wasn't God who hurt me. It was a few people inside a building with leadership titles and God showed me his faithfulness in healing my heart. I am an example of broken over and over, but I know that God brought me back for a reason. He brought me back to him to right and that I would learn that people inside a building are human. Their mistakes of words can last a lifetime and there judgement can be wrong. Then God slowly mended my heart and here I am many years later writing you. I am not saying the people were right or that it was easy, but I can see how far God has brought my life.
I am a bless woman of God and I know that. I know that showing my self faithful to God has open doors and healed my heart. I do have days of memories but I choose to let go of what I can change and change the things I can. I don't know your story, but my prayers are daily with the readers of my blog, your family and friends. Choose to purpose this a good day!
