I have trusted God in seasons of change. It doesn't mean it's not hard, because it can be hard. It is the testing of our faith. I had someone tell me that it's not all about a scripture of faith or joy that helps you hold on in hard seasons. It's about friendships and connections made by God. We need each other through all seasons of life. I've had friends just appear to walk away when I needed them most. I've had other friends who seem to move into my life more, when seasons are hard. Change happens to each of us and we are connected for a reason in this life.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE ~
Beings inside of you and reaching out to others. There must be boundaries and guarded hearts in our everyday life. People just say things that are crazy to us and hurts our heart. It is sometimes found that people point out the things I do not do in one day, rather than something I did good. It's appears to be that way most of my life, but I've learned to overcome words of others. I know who I am in God, I know what I do on a daily bases and I know my value to some people. If I only focus on the negative words, things I don't do or my sin of life, then I feel like I failed. If I focus on all the things I do right, my forgiveness of sin and pressing forward, I am headed in the right direction.
How about you today? Do you feel a bit overloaded and your focus is off balance? Refocus this day right now. Begin to tell yourself that you are important, your life does make a difference and you are not here to fix everybody in the world. You are here to take care of yourself and whatever faces you in this new day. Face it with a joy of the Lord because that's where your strength is today. Face it with words of encouragement to yourself and don't listen to any negative thoughts.
Philippians 3:14-15 New International Version (NIV)14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
Following Paul’s Example15 All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.
COUNT IT ALL JOY ~
Verse 15 ~ all of us, who are mature should take such a view of things. AND if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
