BIBLE ~
Ephesians 4:32
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
I have found that life is a process and sometimes it takes time to forgive someone. I remember being so angry at someone and I never thought I could forgive them. I knew that this was wrong, but the pain of it all seem to override what God said to do. My daughter taught me this, you can forgive someone without bringing that person back into your life. That was a huge statement and I played it over in my head. I did forgive that person for the wrong they did me, but I don't want them back into my life. We loose trust in people when they do things more than once that is wrong. It's time to let go of what you can't change and move on in life.
Jesus had compassion on people. He walked this earth and went about doing his father's will. He had hard days I am sure of that. He was human and his compassion on others shine through his life. How about you? Do you go about doing your best daily and telling others about God? I find myself sometimes really do this and other times just quiet around others. I think there is a place and a time to speak with wisdom to others.
Luke 2:52 New International Version (NIV)
And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
We can follow the example of Jesus and grow in wisdom. None of us know what a new day will hold in life. I have found that life can suddenly change and in that change, it's important to hold tight to God's word. God made us promises in the Bible and I believe them. I find the truth of faith and hope alive in my soul. I know I've done mistakes in life but we all have. We must first forgive ourselves and ask Jesus to forget us too. There is power behind the name of Jesus and his life wasn't in vain. He died for us and he comes alive through us daily.
I might know know exactly how you feel about something that happen to you, but I can certainly relate. Relating to hardships of death, loss of material things and so much more. Nobody but God knows our we feel exactly. Overcoming thoughts and making a decision to move forward. Taking life one day at a time and choosing to believe big in miracles. Somethings are just out of our control and only God can restore, heal and help us with somethings. Reach out to God today and allow him to enter peace within your heart. Each of us needs friends and someone to talk too. Don't hold things in and if you find trusting God to hard right now, find a friend. Sometimes in life we get frustrated with God because he doesn't answer quick or the way we think. Yet, he is always on time. Some of the things that happen, just isn't our fault. Others free will affect our lives and that's the truth. But your decisions are powerful. Choose to live in peace of mind and according to the Bible.
Living in forgiveness is freedom. The pain of things can go away and it's your choice to let it go. In younger years I didn't know this, but I do now. I live in freedom daily because there are somethings I just can't change. What I can do is pray!
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends. Purpose this a good day.
