The Bible speaks of peace and to pursue it. It takes a made up mind to overcome somethings of life. Changing your mindset to doing what is right is important.
Romans 12:1-2 New International Version (NIV)
A Living Sacrifice
12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
CAN YOU HELP ME ~
I spoke with someone who carries alot of baggage of their past. They wanted help and said, "can you help me." I find is overcoming somethings of life, we must takes things one step at a time. A choice to let go of something is like cleaning a closet. You go into the closet and look at the item hanging there. Thinking over if I keep it or not. If you haven't worn it in a year, get rid of it. Just like one thought, if it doesn't benefit you to replay it, don't replay it. Get rid of those negative thoughts and choose new ones. This takes action on your part. Just like your closet, old clothes are gone and time to get new ones.
JESUS CAN HELP YOU ~
Just like a friend, you need connect with them to keep a friendship. Jesus wants to be your friend and your part is to seek him. Things do not always happen overnight and there are times we must hold on. Our timing is not always God's timing and I think that's the hard part. When we pray, we want to see results right now. Sometimes it does happen now and sometimes we wait for answered prayers.
Within the book comes many stories of hope. You can read about the blind man who prusued Jesus and received a miracle ~ John Chapter 9. It took action on the man and Jesus knowing the man was there. Another example is when Jesus walked on the water. The disciples were scared and called out for Jesus ~ Matthew Chapter 14. Let us not forget how Moses ended up at the Red Sea and the enemy was following close. The Red Sea opened and people walked acorss the dry land in the middle of the sea ~ Exodus Chapter 14.
CAN YOU HELP ME ~
My situation is much different. Maybe it is loosing a house, a car, a job, sickness, needs, wants, desires and broken hearts. Maybe the list continues on and you feel hopeless today or you know someone who feels hopeless. There age is retirement and they lost everything or maybe a marriage that broke up. Broken people, broken situations and broken hearts. Their cry is real and they words are important. Listen with an open ear and show compassion. We never know what might happen in one day. Our very own situations can turn in a moments time. The cry of hearts can be ~ CAN YOU HELP ME!
I can be there for you and listen. I can share my own experiences from brokeness to healing. I know that God is a miracle worker and I can never doubt that. I also know that it takes your mind being determined to make a chance. I have allow God to use my life from broken places and see what God can do. He can restore, heal and send people into your life to help. YES HELP IS ON THE WAY! God cares and wants the best for you. Hold on today and rest in knowing that God's plan is real and happening in your life for a reason. It's sometimes hard to rest in Jesus but it's a must.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
