John 13:34-35 New International Version (NIV)
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
CAN I TALK NOW ~
Sometimes people hurt us by words and actions. I have been accused of things I never did and my character was damaged. God brought me through a huge heart break and only God could restore my heart years ago. God had a plan and I've learned to lean to him through all things. Have you ever known someone who stops living in the present and lives in the past? I have and it's so hard to help someone who is determined to recall their hurts. Often times it take us to keep encouraging a person, but the bottom line is their choice. My mom was a person like this, because my dad died when she was in her early 40's and just wouldn't press forward. She played over past hurts, what people said and was angry with God for so many years. I kept trying throughout her life and about 40 years went by before she died in her 80's. She never lived in true freedom and missed out on so much in life. If she could have only learned that God stood at her door and knocked. She only needed to open and allow him to created good new beginnings.
Revelation 3:20 New International Version (NIV)
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
CAN I TALK NOW ~
God is at your door and only wants you to open it. Too much from past needs to be let go of my friends. Grabbing onto who you are in God, a new day to live in freedom and living in today. One person makes such a difference and be that person who pressing into who God created you to be. Each of us are different and hold a purpose in this world.
CAN I TALK NOW ~
LIVE IN TODAY
Thank you for allow me to talk to you today and allowing God to speak through words on a page. Let God restore, renew and refresh your thoughts daily. There is too much to gain in life than to loose. Speaking words of kindness to others and be kind to yourself.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
