As you can see in this picture, the metal pieces are link together. You as they break apart little by little and you see a bird fly off. A bird often represents a dove of freedom to fly and freedom in our souls. A dove represents different things to people, but the dictionary says this:
A DOVE ~
A pure white member of bird. Also called peace dove. A symbol of innocence, gentleness, tenderness and peace. A symbol of the Holy Ghost.
The Bible speaks of us breaking free from sin, troubles, doubts and things that hold us back. I want
to be able to fly like the Dove or high like the Eagle, don't you?
Isaiah 40:28-31 (NIV)
28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
BREAKING FREE ~
It takes a made up mind to serve the Lord. Things will come your way that is just hard or you don't understand. You will find throughout the word of God, there is hope. Promises made like verse 31 above ~ but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Wow moments of promises and breaking free to fly! Yes, you can fly above the storms of life, you can fly like the Dove and be a mixture of gentleness and power. A God that wants the best for me and for you, but real life hits us where we least expect it at times. Pressing forward like I wrote about yesterday and still believing in the power of breaking chains. We must not live in a negative view point of life, but a positive one of knowing I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me ~ Phillippians 4:13 NIV.
Sometimes breaking free from past thoughts takes time. Time is said to be a healer of all things, but it actually take time to process some changes in our lives. To except the word of God as truth and know that somethings are just hard. Don't be so hard on yourself if breaking free has not totally happen for you. It sometimes takes a little time to get over things and through things of life.
I remember asking others to pray for me as I struggled with somethings in life. I need time to process somethings and others cared enough to pray. So here I am today writing you and believing big in breaking free for you. Also for your friends/families too. It's important to see yourself the way God does and let go of what you can not change in life. God's power can handle what you are facing today in your now. This is a new day and a new beginning of thoughts. Purpose good ones and challenge yourself to grab a scripture today and hold onto it. You might just hold onto Philippians 4:13 I CAN DO ALL THINGS and don't allow the enemy of your soul to make you doubt. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God ~ Romans 10:17
I care and my prayer continues!
