There are times in life, when we must call up the brave person inside of us. Looking at circumstances can overwhelm us at times, but looking through eyes of faith, brings hope. Hope is alive and God's plan continues through the process of change. Sometimes we are healed over time and sometimes it's a miracle in the process.
BRAVE ONE ~
Being brave doesn't mean that we aren't scared at times of life.
Deuteronomy 31:6-8 New International Version (NIV)
6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
7 Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the presence of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the Lord swore to their ancestors to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance. 8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
BRAVE ONE ~
BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS
You might wonder why did this happen to you? This being anything out of the normal of life and now you face a new day with decisions and change. I have found that only God can help somethings of life. We must put our trust in him and lean not to our own understanding. Sometimes we just do things afraid!
2 Timothy 1:7 New King James Version (NKJV)
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
LIFE ~ I find it good to sit down and think about all the things God has already done. The miracles which might be small ones or big ones but yet miracle. As I get older, I find my age recalling things I missed out on in life. My own decisions made the path our family traveled different. I was angry with God when my brother died from cancer in 1988 on Christmas Day. He was 37 and I was 32. It is a long story, but I had to let go of the anger that filled my soul. I was a totally different person then, but my family suffered as I process my brother's death. They also lost a family member and life was just hard then. Looking back to see how God guided us through the hardest things and yet to a place of worship (Church) that started a healing process of our lives.
New beginnings happens everyday of life. Don't forget how God turned your life around and made this day to receive even more blessings. Don't take on things you can not change! Purpose to change things you can and live in this day! Things happen and we all have a time to be born plus a day to die. In between those dates, is freedom of mind, soul and being. Don't count yourself out of anything because you can do all things through Christ!
We grow stronger over time. We grow from hard things and good things of our lives. Purpose this a good day and count those blessings of life. Call up the brave you and know that God is able to handle your life just fine. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
