Isaiah 41:8-10 (NIV)
8 “But you, Israel, my servant,
Jacob, whom I have chosen,
you descendants of Abraham my friend,
9 I took you from the ends of the earth,
from its farthest corners I called you.
I said, ‘You are my servant’;
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
10 So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Inside a space ship are controls that will take you high in the sky. Leaving earth to enter into outer space. I saw this picture of me inside a present spaceship and it open up this scripture above to me. Verse 10 speaks says, "DO NO FEAR, I WILL STRENGTHEN YOU and HELP YOU". It continues to say, "I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Throughout life, we face some hard things. The one thing that might be little to you, could be large to someone else. It takes us stepping into faith and living a life filled with his mercy/grace. I have felt those tight spaces of life and needed to break out into trusting God. We are being trained daily by the word of God and things that happen in our lives. Yes, we will make good choices, but also some bad choices. Learning and growing daily.
Proverbs 22:6 (NIV) 6 Start children off on the way they should go,
and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
Some of us, was not trained in a Christian home growing up. We might have learned right from wrong, but we didn't know about Jesus or the power behind the cross. His example became real to me through lives of others. As I grew older, I would learn that JESUS LOVES ME! What that totally meant, I didn't know but wanted to know more. There would be times when I didn't real alone because he loved me. I would grow up in a world that wasn't totally real. I was sheltered from a lot of things in life and didn't have that freedom to play or go places. I felt like I did inside that space picture above. A little trapped inside a tight quarters and I knew that more was out in the world.
I continue growing in teen years to want to be a Hippie when I could leave home. Having that freedom to move about the world on my own and I didn't even know the bigger picture. I didn't even know the depth of what hippie was lol. But I sensed the word FREEDOM. Later in teen years, I would hear about Jesus again and somehow he came into my heart. It wasn't an easy journey in the beginning, but now that I'm in the middle, I can see things clearer. I know that only God can take my thoughts to positive and I must work on this daily.

Take Jesus at his word and know that you can do all things through Christ who strengthen you. Daily make positive choices and move forward. Some people in life will hurt us, leave us and our normals change. A new normal is not always easy but necessary. A new normal is a chance for God to bring even greater things into your world. It's not just about you, but about others. God wants to use us in ways we might least expect. My faith has grown over the years. My trust in God has grown over the years. Prepare your heart and guard it for a new day. Blast off today with hope, peace, joy and all good things. Even in the hardest times of life, we can see the beauty of a new day.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends!
