Do you ever find yourself changing when you are around certain people? You might find yourself a little different than your normal. I have been in those places of life. I just didn't know what to say or even how to act.
Over the years, I have learned to be me and relax in situations. But I still have times of just being quiet and listening seems to be better than speaking. Being real in who God created you to be is important. You are important and we should never feel less than that in life.
God's plan for you begins before birth according to the Bible. God spoke to Jeremiah these words: Jeremiah 1:5
5 “Before I started to put you together in your mother, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart as holy. I chose you to speak to the nations for Me.
What is God's plan for you? To be real, to be used by him and to set your mind daily to a new mindset of victory and pressing forward no matter what. There is no time to turn back or think negative of yesterdays of life. Live in today with your complete heart and mind.
BE REAL ~
Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody! God created each of us for this very day. You are somebody very special.
Genesis 1:26-27 New Life Version
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man like Us and let him be head over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every thing that moves on the ground.” 27 And God made man in His own likeness. In the likeness of God He made him. He made both male and female.
God speaks of making man in his own image. He made both male and female, but also gave us free will. I am amazed how our own choices and free will matters. There can be so much negative talk and even putting others day. Some humans tend to compare lives and speak the negative instead of the positive. It's like seeing that glass half empty or half full. The way we view things matter and even making somebody else feel special is important. Just a few words can make a difference in somebody's day.
BE REAL ~
A real friend is one who walks in, when the rest of the world walks out ~ Walter Winchell
BIBLE ~ A friend loves at all times ~ Proverbs 17:17
Let me be real with you now ~
People change over a life time. You will have friendships that stay faithful and last forever. You will also know people who seem to be planted in your life for a season. They are good friends, but you loose that daily communication with them. Maybe some move away or some go to Heaven way too soon. Each person can plant something in our lives. Hopefully that something is positive and you remember good things of that season of life. It often carries a lifetime for sure.
I have also known friendships that weren't really friendships at all. I learned a lot from life and now balance out my time. I have found a real friend in Jesus and how his word guides my life. I didn't understand the depth of Jesus in my younger years. I feel like I am balanced out now and I see things clear as days go by. I have learned to appreciate one day, one life and one I LOVE YOU! Being real in life is what people really want. I like people who tell the truth, even if that's a hard thing to hear. I like people who take time for me and show me they care. I like the Jesus loves me and I can tell others. Sharing just a little hope in one day is important.
YOU ARE SOMEBODY IMPORTANT ~
Our example will be seen daily in places we go and our reactions to things. Even driving in a car and not knowing the person next to us. You might be singing loud and the person next you smiles in their car. I've had that happen before and it makes you smile back. I have also watched other singing loud and they never noticed I saw them. It still made me smile, because I like to see people happy.
A HAPPY PLACE ~
Is my secret place in God
I choose to rejoice daily in one more day of life! I'm thankful that God uses my fingers daily to write you. To show you I care and my prayers continue for you, your family and friends. I value your time and try to keep this within one to two minutes of reading daily. Just enough and it hits me too. I love the Lord with all my heart and I've learned to guard my heart. Guard your too and spread some joy this day!
