John 8:12 New International Version (NIV)
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
LIFE CHANGING ~
Do you remember your life changing experience with Jesus? Are you waiting to experience his love? Today is the day. You simply need to ask Jesus to forgive you of mistakes (Sin) and ask him into your heart. You begin to grow as you read the Bible and share time with others. You will fine the joy of the Lord is your strength. You never need to feel alone again as you begin to reach out and find a church that teaches the Bible.
Nehemiah 8:10 New Living Translation (NLT)
And Nehemiah continued, “Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!”
LIFE CHANGING ~
THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH
I find that JOY can be a choice. It brings a smile to my heart and just knowing everything is okay. I trust the Lord with all my heart. I have hard days and I have good days, but I also have days with a mixture of both. No matter what the day brings, it brings joy over things to be praised about in life. It is our view point of things that makes a difference. We can become a better person or a bitter person in life.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 New International Version (NIV)
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens
LIFE CHANGING ~
Each day is a new beginning and another chance to do amazing things. Our thoughts move us to actions and that's the truth. Thinking about positive things keeps my mind in a forward mode of life. Playing over the past of negative things can bring sadness to one's mind. Life can change suddenly and in ways we never expected. I find that everything I have taught or believe in has come into action of faith. Faith is what you can't see but know is true.
Romans 10:17 King James Version (KJV)
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
It does take time to rethink things and change your mindset. If your a person use to thinking negative, turn those thoughts to positive. Look at the glass half full and not half empty. There are greater things in this day than yesterdays of life. I value the fact of a new day, sunshine and a mind determined to make a difference. Maybe everyone won't understand the change in you, but you will feel hope inside your heart as a new day begins. We all go through sorrows and that's part of life too. We can grow from them and learn things not to say or do in life.
AS A KID ~
I wanted to grow up and be a person who lived kindness. As an adult, I have learned a lot and know the importance of reading the Bible, worship, sharing hope and kindness daily. The joy of the Lord is my strength daily. I also find real friendships are far more valuable than I realized in younger years. There are people who come into our lives that we can count on. They pray, they care and they show it. I do my best to show others that kind of caring as well. Living a Jesus live style and growing daily in wisdom. Purpose this a good day and thank you for taking time to read this today.
My thoughts and prayers continue for the readers of my blog, your family and friends. I truly care and I know God is able to handle your now of life.
