The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
THE STAR DIFFERS FROM STAR in spendor.
Your life example is like a shinny star in the sky. Looking up to see the sky painted different daily and knowing God set even the stars into motion. Nothing is too big for God and it's time to believe even more. A single star can shine brighter than another. It's purpose is here and so is yours.
PSALM 147:4 (NIV)
He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name.
Your name is important and people call us by our names. Sometimes we get nicknames and it's fun to be called them. I love my name Sparkie and people tend to remember that. When I was simply called Janet, lots of people didn't remember. It's crazy but a name can define you. People often say Sparkie suits me. My hair stands up and is fun. My hair, my personality and my style defines me. Although, my kindness and love for God defines me. I have been through a lot in life and I know that God is able to handle whatever I face in a new day. I have learned to trust him. I call upon his name God and he answers in a still small voice.
THE NAME OF JESUS ~
Mark 10:13-16 New International Version (NIV)The Little Children and Jesus13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
There is something in the name. Power, love, mercy, grace and the list goes on when calling upon God. Don't forget to pray and praise daily. God gives us freedom in making decisions and our decisions need to be good ones. Let go of what you can't change my friends, let go! Change the things you can and e strong in the Lord. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
