HAPPINESS ~
Matthew 25:21 New International Version (NIV)
“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
YOUR EXAMPLE ~
Just like one tree grows and it's branches spread out, so does our lives. We are set grounded in the word of God and faithful over the small things of life. I've not always been this way and find myself talking to others like I'm 100 years old. I was born in 1955 and there were no cell phones, no computers, no TV's with color screen and the list goes on. It seems like my childhood was so long ago and I still have times of feeling like a kid. I've learned from past experiences and choose to count the blessings daily instead of dwelling on the things I can not change. It takes a made up mind to follow God and his plan for your life. Each day we have choices and decisions to make.
Many people talk about trusting God and find themselves stuck in wrong thinking. The what if's of life happen and minds become weary in well doing. God wants us to stay faithful and on the right track of life. Too many negative things in life and words that hurt deep. Casting all those thoughts away and seeking God who tells us who we really are in life. We are a child of God and it doesn't matter how old you get, your still his child.
YOU ARE UNIQUE ~
Ephesians 2:10 New Living Translation (NLT)
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Read that scriputre over again ~ you and I are God's masterpiece. There is no one like you or me. God has a plan and he keep his promises. God wants us to share in happiness and live life in freedom of thoughts. Just knowing that God is in control of my life, makes me feel peace. The joy that floods my soul that no matter what, Jesus loves me and he cares. A story I heard as a child about the love of Jesus, but never understood the depth of that until older years.
God wants us to surrender our lives to him. A yes to God opens a brand new beginning. It takes time to learn and to grow of his ways. Just like the tree was planted, it needs rain and sunshine. Both seasons to grow. Through it all, we can grow through circumstances of life.
Take a look at yourself today and give yourself a smile. Go ahead, look into the mirror and smile. God knew that today you would read this and just sharing a little hope goes a long way. You are important and your life makes a difference my friend. Nobody can do what God has called you to do, but you! He has equipped you with his favor and open doors within your mind. It is time to be joyful and count blessings. If you begin to feel troubled, then cast it off and grab onto God's words of peace.
1 Peter 5:7 New International Version (NIV)
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
My prayers continue for you, your family and friends.
