14 But I will keep hope alive,
and my praise to You will grow exponentially.
15 I will bear witness to Your merciful acts;
throughout the day I will speak of all the ways You deliver,
although, I admit, I do not know the entirety of either.
16 I will come with stories of Your great acts, my Lord, the Eternal.
I will remind them of Your justice, only Yours.
KEEPING HOPE ALIVE ~
Peace and hope is your choice
Romans 5 New International Version (NIV)
Peace and Hope
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance;4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! 10 For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
ONLY TIME WILL TELL ~
Nobody knows what today will bring but God
Waking up to a new day always brings my heart joy. I have learned to value a new day since my heart attack last year. I was so scared that life was over for me. It made me think of what did I want to say to my family before it was too late. It was this, "I love you". Three little words but I hope they know without a doubt that I love them. You find that when an emergency hits, you want the people closest to you there. It is scary and I'll never forget that feeling of being alone in Emergency and hearing the words, "you had a heart attack". Once I was upstairs, my family was waiting for me to come. We sat together and talked over the procedure I was to have. Just having them there, calmed me so much. Words help and prayer works. I was able to get one stint in my heart and home the next day.
KEEP HOPE ALIVE ~
No matter what you face today, know that God is right there. You are not alone, even if you feel alone. God's word comes alive inside of you and a peace that only God can give. There will be moments of wonder, but never wonder that God is working on your behalf. I hope that God's peace can come suddenly to a mind and life suddenly. My prayers continue for you, your family and friends. Purpose good days and purpose "I LOVE YOU" to people in your life.
