Each of us have a different story about a parent, parents or someone who took care of us.
I CARE ~
I care about your story! God has brought our lives together through this blog. Not only your story but those you care about as well. It goes even further than that. God cares about you and has an open page today to be written. If you want to share anything with me, write me at: Janet@youdontevenknow.org
A FATHER'S CARE ~
God (THE FATHER) above, is our Father who truly cares about your yesterdays of life. He knew we would sin and would make mistakes. He knew that we would need a away out of sin, get hurt in life and he would be there for us always. We need people in our lives to teach us, lead us and guide us according to the word of God. The Bible is our roadmap of life but we need the contact with a human on earth.
I have walked through many storms of life and I've learn that letting of anger is a process. It didn't happen over night for me, but it took me asking God into my heart once again. Yes, I have asked his forgiveness in life far more than once. I see how a new day brings new thoughts and new beginnings. I see how my choices affects others and it's important for me to shine the light.
Have you ever had a flashlight that went out, you have to get new batteries and install them. It was a process of the dark and now there is light. I can relate that my light. When the battle became too dark, I had to turn to Jesus and ask him to help me. Even in the times I didn't asked him, there was someone sent into my path to shine their light of hope through Jesus.
I didn't always want hear about God and his amazing love. When my dad died I just became lost. Yesterday was Memorial Day and I had some time with my husband to go visit the graves of my dad, my mom, my brother and friend. It was an emotional day for me. I focus on remembering how much I missed them and how much fun we had in the past. It took hours to press through the sadness part and I even cried as I went to Bed. A day of remembrance can bring sorrow, joys and mixed emotions for sure. I'm waking up to a new day and counting blessings of the time I did have with my family/friends. I love sharing time with you on this day. As you read this, I pray it brings hope to your heart and how important right choices are.
GOD DOES CARE and SO DO I ~
Romans 12:9-13 New Living Translation (NLT)9 Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. 10 Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. 11 Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. 12 Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. 13 When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.
KEEP ON PRAYING ~
God hears the cry of your heart. The situation may not turn out like you think but God has a plan far greater than you know. Even through the days of my teenage years, I didn't see a plan or want to hear the voice of God. My anger only grew but his holy spirit started working in my life. Day by day, moment by moment, God planted people who could help grow me in the word of God. Those who would speak life unto me later on and now I am able to share not only this blog, but the value of one life.
Your life matters to me and I'm glad you took the time to read this. Daily, I pray for the readers of my blog, your family and friends. Yes, we will miss family/friends who enter Heaven before us, but we can remember all the good times and the value of one life. Purpose this day a good one and take care of you today. Take a few minutes to value the things around you, a deep breathe and off you go into this new day. One example of one person goes a far way and often travels this journey of life with us forever!
